The stench of death and destruction is becoming more pronounced. Blood is gonna be spilled, and tears are gonna fall. Only the prepared are gonna survive. Armageddon is looming closer and closer. 16 October 2008, D-Day for all Sec 4s and Sec 5s.

Arrrghh ok, enough of that, O levels are coming!! That's why I haven't blogged in a really long time. Cuz I've been uhh..studying. Yeah. Studying. Yes, stop looking at me like that, I do study. So, since I have to study, I'm gonna keep this post short, unlike the previous one.

Week-in-Review

Monday
This is like the last day of lessons for this year for Sec 4s, cuz our Prelims were starting on Tuesday, and after Prelims we would'nt have lessons anymore. After school, I went to Peninsular with Say Yin, Sebastian and Yeow Boon. I wanted to get an Avenged Sevenfold t-shirt. First we went to eat at Burger King, but I didn't eat cuz I was feeling strangely un-hungry. Then we went to get the shirt and after that we went to the guitar shop to drool at some of the sweet axes and then I bought 3 picks.

Tuesday
Start of Prelim 2. English paper. My forte. No kick la. Just that I feel stupid for writing down the meaning of "indigenous" as "jungle-dwelling" when it clearly means "native". Argh my brain not working properly.

Wednesday
Today I only had to be in school by 11am, because there was dunno what paper in the morning. I helped Say Yin and Sebastian buy breakfast from McDonald's before going to school. Then there was Social Studies paper. Wa, quite tough. I couldn't finish, and I dunno if can pass or not. Never mind, now I History must hardcore study cuz that's the other 50% of my combined humanities mark.

Thursday
Today was Chinese paper. Kinda easy, definitely easier that O level Chinese la. But the compo a bit dumb la. Supposed to write about a 善事 that I wanna do, then people write about 去老人院, 儿童院, then I write 去非洲 !! Haha lol wtf man. Dunno la. Then after school I eat Indian food with Say Yin, then he came to my house and play DotA, and play with my guitar and stuff. Then later about 8pm my father send him home.

Friday
Today was a short day. We didn't have any lessons, just a teachers' day celebration. So there was this talent time thing where we were only allowed to sing emo songs. Dunno why the hell they don't allow bands to play. So it was really boring. Nothing much to say about it. Just wanna let the guy who sang "How to Save a Life" know, "Dude, you fail at singing man, you should seriously try something else." After that I headed for my primary school, but my teacher told me that we could only get in at 1:30pm. So I was really free and I decided to go to Peninsular again, and this time I bought a Atreyu t-shirt. Yeah, I've got a thing for these band t-shirts. After that I went to my primary school and I met up with my friends and teachers. I got all the usual comments about how I've gotten so tall, and how much deeper my voice is. After that they wanted to go Mt.Faber Safra to play bowling, but I didn't go.

Saturday
I went with my sister to United Square in the morning cuz she had some donation thing. So I camped at McDonald's and helped my sister and her friends take care of their bags. After that my aunt and cousin came and we talked. Then at about 1pm my father fetched me and my sister from United Square and he drove us to Cineleisure cuz he had a family day movie thing. We watched Wall.e and it's pretty good actually.

Sunday
Didn't do much. Went with my brother to watch Star Wars: The Clone Wars. It sucks. Went jamming as usual, then I went straight to tuition.

Dragonforce: Ultra Beatdown
Crazy guitar riffs, but their songs still sound the same.

Slipknot: All Hope is Gone
Great album that proves that Nu-Metal isn't dying.

Movies
Wall.E
Memorable characters and a heartwarming story make this good movie.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars
It was made only to entertain small kids. Disappointing.

Games
Too Human
Over hyped game that fails due to terrible controls.
