Hello. Today we had Chinese. Which was really easy. Now we're left with 2 more papers, then we are free. Tomorrow we have Human Geography, which I am pretty alright in, so I don't really have to study, then all that's left will be Science multiple choice. The end is coming.Here are the Gears of War 2 screenshots as I promised:
As you can see, the graphics are awesome.
Delta Squad is reunited with Augustus Cole aka "The Cole Train" "YOU CAN'T STOP THE COLE TRAIN, BABY!!"
This shot is almost photo realistic. Take Marcus out of the picture and I'd think it was a real life environment. Yes, that is in game.

Gears of War will forever be remembered as the game with the most badass way of finishing off your opponent. You can't get more badass than chainsawing some one in half.
The fire is beautiful. And so is everything else, actually.
Centaur tanks are finally playable. Hell yeah.
Gears of War is mainly 3rd person, but the camera can be zoomed to an over the shoulder view for greater accuracy.
What is that thing? Well, you know what they say, "What you can see...
...is only the tip of the ice berg." That thing has one hit kill attacks.

Why casual gaming is dominating the video game industry
It started really slowly, but casual gaming slowly starting dominating the entire video gaming industry. There are many more casual games than hardcore games now. I, being a hardcore gamer, have zero tolerance for casual games, and the fact that they are ****ing up my market is enough to make me want to hit some one.
But I'm a diplomatic person. I don't kill unless absolutely necessary. So I decided to use the peaceful approach. Research. So here it is.
What is a casual game?
A casual game is a video game targeted at a mass audience of casual gamers. Casual games can have any type of gameplay, and fit in any genre. They are typically distinguished by their simple rules, in contrast to more complex hardcore.They require no long-term time commitment or special skills to play, and there are comparatively low production and distribution costs for the producer.
Reasons why it is dominating the game industry.
1) More girls are playing video games now than ever before, so that means the gaming audience is bigger than ever before. And most girls would rather play a game like Cooking Mama than a game like Halo. More audience=more money, and money's what the entire world's all about.
2) Parents are more concerned about what their kids are playing these days. With all the recent reports on the GTA IV related stabbings and murders, parents would want their kids to stay the hell away from games like that. So they go for casual games.
Would a mother rather buy her kid Gears of War 2, with the large crimson omen [the skull in the gear] on the box, or a game like Super Mario Galaxy, which has harmless Mario on the box [although there's an Easter egg on the box saying "U R MR GAY, but most moms don't know about that].
3) There are simply more casual gamers now. I've thought about it for a while, and I have finally managed to find out the difference between a casual and a hardcore gamer. A casual gamer plays a game, and is happy with playing it for a long time. A hardcore gamer will play the same game, but they will start questioning after a while "Ok, so I can do that. Now what?"
For example, someone plays a fishing game on the Wii. A casual gamer will be like "Wow, I can fish in this game. That's cool." and they will continue playing the game. A hardcore gamer will be like "Ok, so I can fish. Now what? What the hell? You can only fish? That's it? Man, this sucks." See the difference. Unfortunately, there are more casual gamers than hardcore gamers, thus the vast amount of casual games.
What will happen if this trend continues?
1) Developers see no profit in making hardcore games, and the whole market moves to doing casual games. Holy shit if that happens.
2) We reverse in evolution. People become so stupid playing extremely easy casual games that we force ourselves to go back to being simple minded organisms. Good job casual gamers.
3) The world becomes gay. Keep playing Cooking Mama, and it'll happen.

I can summarise my views on this topic with this simple phrase: "**** casual games". Seriously, **** them to hell. They are ruining the gaming industry, they are depriving me of hardcore games, and since my life is pretty much all about hardcore gaming, casual games are indirectly ruining my life. When I get into the gaming industry, a lot of developers are going to die.
Ok, that was kinda funny. I started off pretty professionally though. I was just kidding about the plan to kill all casual game developers. I think. Anyways, If I just happen to lean against something heavy while standing on the roof, and the thing just happens to accidentally get knocked over, and it just happens to fall onto some casual game developer's head, and the guy just happens to die, I wouldn't have killed him right? LOL.
It's awesome how I can just joke about killing some one like that. It's a skill that not many people have.
Man, I think I'm in love. With Slipknot's song "Dead Memories". It's isn't a heavy song, and it isn't "satanic" in anyway. It's a good song that I really enjoy listening to and I want to learn how to play it on the guitar. Corey's voice is the most awesome metal singer voice I have ever heard. The guy can sing, as well as scream. Awesome song.
