Hello. I played a lot of Guitar Hero World Tour today. I woke up early and started playing drums by myself, then my brother woke up and he took over playing the drums and I was back to playing guitar. We played until lunch time, and we managed to unlock most of the songs.

The songs in World Tour are really inconsistent in difficulty. In previous Guitar Hero games, songs are classified by different levels, level 1 being the easiest and level 8 being the hardest. So when I play a level 8 song, I expect it to be much more difficult than playing a level 1 song.

But in World Tour, all the songs are grouped together in one huge setlist, and there isn't anything to indicate the difficulty of the songs. Some songs are ridiculously easy on Expert mode, while others are difficult even on Medium mode. Right now I'm trying to 100% everything on Medium mode, which is pretty much no challenge at all. Once I'm done, I'll try to 100% songs on Hard mode. That'll be fun.

After we were done playing, I went onto Xbox Live for a while to update my profile, and I also bought some theme for fun. It cost me 250 Microsoft Points. I didn't want to buy it at first, but it was a "premium" theme, and I wonder what it meant by "premium", so I bought it to find out. As far as I can tell, it's the same as a normal theme, just that there are things other than the background that gets affected by the theme.

I watched Naruto anime in the afternoon for a few hours. I'm still at the filler part. Even though this filler is full of action, I still hate fillers. It'll be over in another 1-2 episodes.

I went to play Naruto: The Broken Bond after that. The game is nice. In Rise of a Ninja, Naruto could only travel within Konoha and some random parts of the surrounding forest, but in this game, you actually get to travel to different cities. And these cities don't just appear in cutscenes, you actually get to walk around and do different activities.

I also like the team based game play. Now, you have to manage a squad of up to 3 ninja, and each ninja will have two unique abilities which are required to progress through the game. If you're looking for a Naruto role playing game, you're not going to find anything better than this one.

I know the Psychosocial one sounds a bit different, and it's probably because of the different tuning. Slipknot plays in drop B tuning, and that kind of tuning can seriously wear out your strings, so not many people tune their guitars down to drop B.

Speaking of Slipknot, they lost to Britney Spears for Music Video of the Year. It was Britney's "Womanizer" against Slipknot's "Psychosocial". Despite me voting nearly 50 times for Slipknot, Britney still won. Right now it's Britney vs Paramore. I don't really care what happens from now on anyway since Slipknot's out. Damn.

Some news:
-Street Fighter costumes are rumored to be coming to Little Big Planet. Snake and Kratos outfits are one thing, but making a sack look like Ken or Ryu is just wrong.
-Midway is working on a top secret game that "looks better than Gears of War 2". If they really manage to do it, that'll be one impressive looking game.
-The Last Remnant getting 4 downloadable content packs in December.
-Highly popular DS game character Professor Layton will get an animated film, which will be coming to Japan in 2010.
-Left 4 Dead movie posters available from Valve.
-Apparently there have been people having trouble signing into Xbox Live. I have never encountered this problem.
-Voice actor who has worked on Splinter Cell and Prince of Persia injured by Mumbai terror attacks.
-All 7-11 stores in the USA will be selling games throughout the year. Now, Singapore 7-11 stores should do the same.
-PS3 version of Destroy All Humans!: Path of the Furon will be available in Australia, might be available in Singapore.

Ok, I'm going to play Guitar Hero World Tour now. Then I'm going to read One Piece. I'll be going to Malaysia from 4th to 7th of December. That's Thursday to Sunday. I don't know if I'll be able to post during this period of time.

We're staying in a 5 or 6 star hotel, so there'll definitely be Internet access, but I don't think my father will be bringing his laptop. Maybe I'll use to computer at the hotel lobby if they do happen to have a computer. Ok, ending off, see you tomorrow.
