We went to IMM this morning. We ate lunch, then we went to buy stuff. We bought a new anti-virus subscription, and we were looking at some webcams because I want to get a new one. My father was also looking at the laptops. I guess he's really serious about getting me one. Good.I went searching for Oblivion again. I couldn't find it. But I saw this offer for games by Electronic Arts. Buy two EA games, and you get $20 off. I wanted to get Mirror's Edge and Rock Band, but I wasn't sure if Rock Band was compatible with Guitar Hero World Tour instruments, so I didn't buy them. Also, Mass Effect is now just $55, so I'm getting that soon as well.
When we got home, I played World Tour with my brother and cousin. We played for a few hours, then we made some reverse videos because my brother finally got Sony Vegas to work properly. At 6.30pm, my cousin went home and I used the computer. I went to check the Guitar Hero/Rock Band instrument compatibility matrix.
Turns out, Rock Band does work with World Tour instruments. But only for the Xbox 360 versions. On the PS3 side, the instrument compatibility is screwed up. And if you think that things can't get any worse, guess what, the Wii versions makes the PS3 compatibility issues look alright.

I also read the new Naruto and Bleach manga chapters. This weeks Naruto chapter shows Pain pretty much wiping out a quarter of Konoha village, and Naruto finally realises that Pain is attacking Konoha.
Konoha is ****ed unless Naruto gets back.Bleach is getting better again. After many boring chapters, we finally get some proper action. Halibel reveals herself to be Espada 3, while Baragon is Espada 2 and Stark is Espada 1. Halibel also reveals the remains of her Hollow mask. She probably has the most revealing clothes among all the Bleach characters. I look forward to cosplay fans pull that one off.
They put the Espada number on her boob because that's probably the first place where you'd look.
As if Halibel's clothes weren't revealing enough, she does this. I want to see cosplay pictures of her new suit :P
Stark is Espada 1. As if we didn't see that coming. Anyways, lets just act surprised. Some news:
-Studies prove that playing video games is good for an aging brain. Meaning playing video games prevent old people from becoming vegetables.
-Sony is going to stop using wasteful clam shell style packaging.
-800 Microsoft Point cards are now on sale online. Of course they cost half the price of a 1600 point card.
-The US version of Street Fighter IV gets new box art, and the specifications of the Collectors Edition are revealed. Priced at US$79.99, there is the game, soundtrack CD, hint book, either a C. Viper or Ryu figurine (360 and PS3, respectively), and a new 65-minute anime movie "The Ties That Bind – " which sets up the story of SFIV by explaining events post-SFII.

-The first real trailer of Guitar Hero Metallica has been revealed. Finally, a fully Metal based Guitar Hero game. You have to watch it because it is Metallica:
Next Year looks like a pretty busy year for Guitar Hero. There's Guitar Hero Metallica, Guitar Hero Modern Hits, and one more Guitar Hero game that I cannot remember. And every one of the will probably support full band gameplay. Ok, I'm going to read One Piece now. Ending off, see you tomorrow.
