Hello. Happy New Year to everyone reading. We're now in the year 2009, which is the final year this century which will have a zero as the third digit, and now we're also one year closer to Armageddon. Nice.
I got home at 2.30am early this morning, and I listened to some music until I fell asleep. The countdown party at my grandmother's house was fun. I was playing Guitar Hero with my cousins, and we also played some Call of Duty 4. I also got $60 just because it is the new year.
I woke up later today at 11.30am, and my family went to my other grandparents house. We ate lunch and slacked for a while, and then we got $10 from my grandparents. Once again, I guess I got the money because it is the new year. We left at about 5pm.
Once I got home, I talked to Say Yin for a while on the phone, then I used my computer. Normally my siblings would be fighting to get to use the computer, but since school re-opens tomorrow for them, they are all emo-ing in their rooms.
I also realised that I can now collect my $150 for the good improvement award, so I'll probably be going to the school to collect it on Tuesday. Say Yin and Sebastian are going to come to my house on Monday, so if anyone else wants to come just let me know.
So since it's the first day of the new year, we all got to set our new year resolutions. I don't know if it's bad luck to tell your resolutions to others or know, but I don't care, because superstitions are bullshit. Here are my resolutions:
1) Fulfill all my other new year resolutions.
2) Learn to understand people more and treat everyone better.
3) Complete the script for my first game and get a copyright for the series.
4) Avoid spending cash so impulsively.
5) Get bigger arm muscles and more visible stomach and back muscles.
6) Get my Gamerscore past 20 000.
7) Do well in my studies and submit everything on time.
8) Abstain from sex D:
9) Get my family members and close friends birthday presents regardless of whether they get me anything or not. I'm way too nice.
10) Complete every one of my games.
11) Clean, paint and re-decorate my room, and I must maintain it.
12) Improve my [non-game related] memory and at least remember every one's birthday.
13) Avoid being an Xbox fanboy. I must be neutral.
14) Grow taller if possible :D I'll be happy once I reach 1.95m.
15) Eat less meat or else I'm going to die soon. Fish and chicken are alright, but less of everything else.
16) Get a new amp and start playing my guitar more seriously.
17) Complete my Animorphs book collection. Only 5 more books from the main series and 8 more side story books.
18) Find that elusive game The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and buy it.
19) Get at least a silver for napfa test.
20) Buy everything I want with my own cash, not my parents cash.
That's quite a lot of resolutions. I hope I manage to keep them all, especially the first one since it is the easiest to break. Since it is a new year, I've edited some of the stuff in my side bar. I've removed unnecessary things and I've added new stuff. I've also edited my game wishlist and I've added stuff to my other wishlist. Be sure to check them out.
Ok, I don't have anything else to say. Have a nice first day of school tomorrow to all those who have school. I'm going to read a whole lot of One Piece now. Ending off, see you tomorrow.
