Hello. I'm doing an earlier post today. I didn't really do much today. I went out, but only for a while, and I spent the rest of the day at home.
I woke up at 11.30am and I used my computer for a while, then I went to fetch my two cousins from their school, then I brought them back to my grandparents house, and I stayed there for a while.
I came back home and played Ninja Gaiden 2. I played for about an hour, then I went to take a shower because my head started to hurt. That's the one drawback of playing hard games. You have to concentrate, and when I do that, my head starts to hurt. That's also why I absolutely hate Real Time Strategy games.
After cooling my head down with cold water, I just sat on my bed and read the newest issue of Time magazine. I'm kinda confused. I always thought that I would just be receiving six free issues of Time, but today I got my seventh issue.
Now I'm wondering if the brochure actually said six MONTHS free. I don't really mind though. Time has awesomely written articles that I can learn a lot from. And since Time is something like a weekly publication, I'll be getting about another seventeen issues.
I went back to playing Ninja Gaiden 2 again, and I got past the part that I was stuck at, and I had to fight some weak boss, then the level was over. When the next level started, I didn't know where I was supposed to go to again. Damn, I hate the puzzles in the game. Just let me kill things, damn it.
So since I didn't know what to do again, I stopped playing and I went to listen to all the songs Rise Against's new album, Appeal to Reason. It's a great, cool album, and I wouldn't mind listening to it all over again. I like every song in the album. The songs have meaningful lyrics, and I like how all of them sound.
I went onto youtube to see if there were any music videos from the album, and I saw comments saying that they preferred the older Rise Against albums. I was thinking that Appeal to Reason was already an awesome album, and the older albums are even better. Wow. Rise Against is awesome, you should listen to their songs.
Man, I was supposed to go and apply for my ATM card today, but my dad said that we'll go another day. I'll be using the $600 I got for my O level results to start my account, and if my dad feels that I'm spending wisely, he give me access to my other account. The one with the 5 digit sum in it.
Now that I'll most likely be going to Temasek Polytechnic, I'm going to be looking for a job soon. My mom asked me to get a job during the holidays last year, but I didn't want to because I thought that I wanted to do a whole lot of stuff, but now, I'm so bored that I myself want a job.
Since poly only starts on April 20th 2009, I'll have another 3 months free from now. I hope to be able to at least get about $2000 before school starts. I'm not going to be broke any more, but I still don't mind some extra spending money. Say Yin, Yan Ming and I will probably be going job hunting next week.
This morning, something exciting happened, and the entire gaming community has been pretty hyped up by it. It's leaked footage of Star Wars Battlefront 3. It appeared on youtube, and it actually isn't a Rick Roll video. It isn't clear [obviously, since it was taken secretly], but it's still something worth watching.
The game looks really cool. The graphics look great, and the whole game has a much more epic scale. I'm not sure if the video is still on youtube, or if it got removed, but here's one from IGN.com, complete with commentary:
Star Wars Battlefront 3 will probably be out by the end of this year, on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. Can't wait.
Ok, now the new chapter of both Naruto and Bleach are finally out. I haven't read both of them yet, but the new Naruto chapter is now so popular that Onemanga claims to be experiencing long load issues just because of the number of people trying to read it. I'll talk about the chapter tomorrow if it's good.
