Hello. The topic for today is:
Headbanging is described by Wikipedia as a type of dance which involves violently shaking the head in time with with music, most commonly rock music and heavy metal music. Headbanging is described by me as this:
Headbanging has been around since the late 1960s, and it was first seen being performed during Led Zepplin's first US tour in 1968. However, it is in the recent years that headbanging has really become popular.
While the concept of thrashing your head around may seem idiot proof, there are actually various different styles of headbanging. Also, anyone can try headbanging, but only a few people can do it properly.
Here are some of the more popular styles of headbanging:
Up and Down- Most common style of headbanging. The name is quite self explanatory, but in case you are slow, this style involves moving your head up and down.
Circular Swing- Moving your head in a circular motion. Popular among "Metallica sounding" bands like Bullet for My Valentine, Deep Purple, and well, Metallica themselves.
Drunk Style- Moving in random motion, falling to the ground, hitting yourself onto other things and other people. The style of headbanging is only performed by Sid Wilson of Slipknot.
Side to Side- Swinging your head side to side, as if you are saying 'no', but in a much more violent way.

Whiplash- A much more violent form of the Up and Down. Instead of just moving your head up and down, you move your whole upper body up and down.
The Breakdown- All members of the band do the same style of headbanging in unison.

Headbanging is a really fun thing to do, but you can get injured if you do it the wrong way. The first problem most people face is the motion sickness that comes with the headbanging. I don't care how tough you think you are, but everyone will feel sick if they are constantly thrashing their head around.
Most people deal with that by closing their eyes. This doesn't completely get rid of the nausea, but it reduces of it. Neck injuries are also constantly associated with headbanging. To counter this, you have to relax your neck muscles before trying it out. Tense neck muscles + headbanging = Epic pwn
Headbanging is a really fun thing to do and it helps me distress. Everyone can try it but before you do, here are some tips from Yours Truly. First, Slipknot is by far the best band to headbang to. Second, headbanging with a sibling or friend is always fun. Third, don't do it when your parents are at home or they will get some one to come and exorcise you. Have fun.

This week's Naruto chapter didn't have any action, but it revealed quite a lot. Nagato, the one who is controlling Pain, is finally revealed. Some pages:
Naruto is still pissed at Pain at first.
But after hearing Pain's story
Naruto calms down.
And he isn't too sure of things anymore.
This is Nagato, the person controlling Pain.
What he really wants is peace.
This week's Bleach chapter continues the fight between Ulquiorra and Ichigo. Ulquiorra is raping Ichigo, but Ichigo is still probably going to win some how. It would be nice if Ichigo gets a new attack soon. Getsuga is cool, but it is getting boring. Some pages:
Ulquiorra asks Ichigo to hit him with his best shot.
So Ichigo conjures up a huge Getsuga.
And fires it at Ulquiorra.
It doesn't have any effect on Ulquiorra, and he decides to launch his counter attack.
Rape.

I went to play basket ball with Say Yin, Sebastian, Andrew, Nicholas Tan Z.C, Yeow Boon, Ethel and Glenn today. It was fun, but super tiring. My leg cramped up a few times. I also got a splinter in my foot because I was playing bare foot since my shoe broke.
After playing we went to a nearby coffee shop to eat dinner. Ethel and Glenn were walking in front so we decided to sneak away and take a different route to the coffee shop so that they could have a romantic walk. Ethel gave us the finger for that. Fierce.
After we were done, we walked a different way from Ethel and Glenn, but we camped at the lift lobby to spy on them. They walked away from the coffee shop, then...hold hands!! Imba, win already.
